Thankful for 2016, exited for 2017!

2016 was a spectacular year for Absolute Construction.  We finished 9 homes and started 5 more, making friends with some great people who are now happy Absolute homeowners.  We entered 3 homes in the Parade of Homes, which is a first for us.  Two were in the same category and won the Gold and Silver awards for that category.  The 3rd was one of the most stunning houses we’ve built that received many compliments and recognition from realtors, other builders, neighbors and prospective clients.

We are starting 2017 with 9 houses in process and 8 more very close to finalizing plans and financing.  As always, we are very grateful and appreciative for all the trade vendors that make up our Absolute team.  We are also grateful for our sweet granddaughter, Harper, who turned 1 in 2016!

From the homeowner:

The simple words of thank you are just not enough to convey the gratitude to Nelu & Lisa for making our lifelong dream house a reality.

Once we decided that we were going to build, we started the process of speaking with several builders. We were almost at the point of starting with someone else, when a friend had given us Absolute Construction’s name. We made the decision to meet with one more, just to make sure we were going to choose the right builder.

From the moment we met them and left their office our lives changed. “We knew immediately who was going to build our home.” We felt that they genuinely cared about building us exactly what we wanted. From the beginning of this long process, they guided us every step of the way. We trusted them wholeheartedly with one of the most important things we have ever done. If there was an issue, we found a solution together. Communication is the key to keep the process moving, and we were always kept in the loop. Every sub on their team was outstanding in the quality of workmanship they provided. It was very evident of the pride they all took in their work. There are truly no words to thank them for making our dream come true. Not only did they make our dream a reality – but we feel we have made new lifelong friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nelu & Lisa. We simply cannot sing your praises enough.

You guys are “THE BEST”.

Scott & Maria Ottman

2016 Parade of Homes Gold Winner!

Absolute Construction and Development wins Gold for their 2016 entry Cunningham Dream!
“Nelu, Lisa, and their team made our dreams and vision come true.  We couldn’t find a better group of people to work with when building our home. We really appreciated the amount of attention given to us by the entire team.
Building a home was the most daunting thing we have ever experienced, but Nelu and his team were there with us every step of the way and made the process so much easier than we could have imagined.

There is a reason why year after year Nelu and his team are Parade of Home winners. Choosing Absolute Construction as our builder was the best decision we made.”
