We’re excited to share that Absolute Construction and Development, LLC is getting ready to start four new custom homes across the region — with projects stretching from Apex to Bear Creek, including homes in Chapel Ridge and a large horse property estate.
As a Gold Medal award winner for building excellence, we take a lot of pride in building homes that are thoughtfully designed, energy efficient, and built with long-term durability in mind.
How We Build
Every home we build starts with a simple philosophy: build it the right way from the beginning. That means focusing on quality construction, energy performance, and clear communication with our homeowners throughout the process.
Some of the features that typically go into our homes include:
- HERO code energy-efficient certification
- 2 × 6 exterior wall framing for stronger construction and better insulation
- HERS ratings typically in the 50s–60s
- High-quality materials and detailed craftsmanship throughout the home
These building practices help create homes that are comfortable year-round, more energy efficient, and designed to stand the test of time.

A Transparent Building Process
Building a custom home is a big decision, and we believe homeowners should feel involved and informed every step of the way.
We use the Co-Construct project management system, which allows our clients to easily track construction progress, make selections, review schedules, and stay up to date as their home comes together.
Just as important, our clients work directly with a hands-on builder who values collaboration and communication throughout the entire project.
Building Across Chatham County
Over the years we’ve been fortunate to build homes for many great families across Chatham County and the surrounding communities. A large portion of our projects come from referrals, which we consider the best compliment we can receive.
With new homes starting in Apex, Chapel Ridge, and Bear Creek, we’re excited to continue building in the communities we know and love.
Custom homes designed to last — built the right way from the start.
