Absolute Construction and Development will be providing an additional 6 year structural warranty through Residential Warranty Company, LLC. The warranty is customized specific to North Carolina. Coverage starts on day one and a warranty book will be provided at time of move-in.
The warranty will provide:

*Added resale value with transferable coverage
