2010 Parade of Homes Gold Medal Winner

For the second year in a row, Absolute Construction and Development, LLC received a Parade of Homes Gold Medal for Chapel Ridge.

This home was built in 6 months for just under $135/square foot including all fees – landscape, permits, engineering, plans, etc. Key features that can’t be seen include Energy Star certification, spray foam insulation, sealed crawl space and 2 tankless water heaters.

Interior finish includes 4” plank red oak floors on the first floor, stairs and portion of second floor, central vac, security system, surround sound, built-in bookshelves, oak stained coffered ceiling, wrought iron railings and extensive trim upgrades. One of the most liked features was the entrance to the bonus room upstairs behind a door that looked like a bookcase when closed. It completed the end of the hallway perfectly and slid open to a large bonus room with hardwood floors and bathroom access. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful balcony to overlook the wooded lot.

The master bedroom and bathroom has custom designed closet with built-in drawers, free-standing tub and oversized tiled shower.

The outdoor living area included stamped concrete patio with surround sound and screened porch with matching stamped concrete flooring, bead board vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan which can be accessed from the master bedroom.

The house has a huge amount of walk-in storage space that maintains a comfortable temperature due to the spray foam insulation.

The plans were designed by Residential Engineering Services.
