Chapel Hill Custom Home

Our 3+ year quest to build our forever home ended once we met Lisa & Nelu. Building a fully custom home for the first time in our lives we were very unfamiliar with the construction process and had a lot of questions. Absolute Construction were very patient with all our enquiries and gladly toured several of their properties with us, so that we could build the confidence in going through this project. Once we signed the contract, we had nothing but a highly positive experience through each phase of the project, starting with the lot clearing which was a pretty impressive task and a preview of the transformation that was about to take place on a wooded, rocky plot that had stayed vacant for the last 20 years! Lisa was always on top of every minute detail and was very proactive in making sure that we were meeting all the subcontractors and knew what we were selecting and how it affected our budget. Nelu was always available for the ‘hard’ questions on the construction process itself and met us on site as many times as we needed his expertise. All the subs were great to work with, and we stayed on schedule throughout the project even when the weather had its own plans. Jake was a great help throughout and always patiently heard all our requests for tweaking the project as it went along. The end result is way beyond our wildest imagination and we hope to enjoy our home for a long time to come! – Usha & Ganesh J
