Signing the contract with the homeowners of this Chapel Ridge home happened in record time – 10 days from the day we met to the day the contract was signed. I had been working with the homeowners for a week trying to find the perfect home and after determining that too many sacrifices would be made with everything we looked at, Rod and Susan decided to design their own home and built it exactly the way they wanted. They found a floor plan that we had built before and made a couple modifications – 3-car garage, large bonus room and covered back deck for Rod and a large walk-in storage room and loft converted to craft room for Susan. Even with the changes we were able to finish the home in just about 5 months without going over budget.

As we live in it we hope to take as good of care of it as Absolute Construction did in building it.
