This was the first house that we did exterior insulation and an interior AeroBarrier seal to reach highest levels of energy efficiency. The results were phenomenal. We are in the process of building a second home in Pittsboro with the same applications.
Absolute Construction and Development will be providing an additional 6 year structural warranty through Residential Warranty Company, LLC. The warranty is customized specific to North Carolina. Coverage starts on day one and a warranty book will be provided at time of move-in.
