Bringing Savings To Our Clients Through Our Energy Efficient Building

 

We were so excited to get this report from Southern Energy, our 3rd party certifiers, which details total annual savings for homes, average HERS score and carbon emissions the homes we build save annually.  We are always looking at ways to provide a more efficient home for our clients and have started installing dual fuel HVAC systems to help with this.  One of the best statements to the efficient building we do was a client telling us their heating/cooling bills were at least 50% less than their previous home which was ½ the size of the home we built.

Highlights from the report: 100% HERO Code compliance over the past 3 years.  A steady improvement in your Blower Door results (what we want to see as HERO Code gets more and more stringent).  The utility savings your customers are receiving due to how efficient your homes are.  The HERO Code $ you all have received.
